Coronavirus prevention action for parade auction

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID19) and consider the safety and security of all participating companies, we request that you confirm your understanding of the following below.

If any of the following relate to you within 2 weeks of the auction day, we will respectfully ask you to refrain from attending the auction at site.

● Any symptoms of a fever, cold, strange sense of taste or smell or your physical condition feeling unusual.
● Having someone in your household or located nearby who has suspect infection of Coronavirus.
● Who has close contact with people who travelled to regions or countries where the immigration restrictions from Japanese government.

1. Request to register before attending the auction on site.

In order to reduce the risk of the Coronavirus and congestion within the auction site, each company will be limited to2 attendees.
Also to help make a smoother reception process on the day, we require all people wishing to attend to register beforehand. Advance Registration  

2. Body temperature checks on auction day

On the auction day, upon entry we require all attendees to fill out and hand in the Health Confirmation Check Sheet.
All attendee’s body temperatures will also be checked by our staff (anyone taking the shuttle bus shall be checked when entering the bus).
Any attendee’s temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher will be not permitted to enter. Once an attendee’s health check is sonfirmed, they will receive a wristband which must be worn until the end of the day.

3. Thorough social distancing

For this auction, there will be spacing between seats inside the auction site. Also please ensure social distancing when in the smoking area, reception and other places which often have groups of multiple people.

4. Thorough hand washing, sanitizing and use of masks.

Masks must be worn at all times inside the auction site. In the case where an attendee does not bring a mask or loses it, they should contact a THI staff immediately and one shall be provided.
There will also be sanitizer spray provided in areas throughout the auction side, please wash and sanitize your hands frequently.

5. Trash separation

In order to reduce the risk of infection, do not left food or drinks on the table. If an attendee does not finish their drink, please take their bottles back with them when they leave. All non-burnable (cans, PET bottles) and burnable rubbish can be thrown away in the appropriate locations.

If you are unable to comply with the organizers requests, we may refuse entry in order to protect the safety of all other attendees. In addition to the points mentioned above, we will operate in consideration to the spread of infection. We appreciate your cooperation.
